CMA CGM – Short Sea Lines is excited to announce the introduction of the BORA MED SERVICE (BMS), which begun in Week 52 with the first sailing from Antalya on December 23, 2024. This new, enhanced service will replace the current TMX3 service and is designed to provide a more efficient and sustainable maritime connection between Turkey, the Adriatic region, and the Eastern Mediterranean.
The BORA MED SERVICE (BMS) will feature larger vessels and additional direct ports of call, offering an upgraded service for the Adriatic market and facilitating global trade. This weekly service will significantly improve connectivity and transit times for both regional and international shipments.
Service Highlights:

- Service Rotation:
- Antalya (1/2) – Izmir – Aliaga – Ambarli – Gebze – Gemlik – Malta – Ancona – Ravenna – Venice – Trieste – Koper – Rijeka – Bar – Taranto – Malta – Limassol – Alexandria – Beirut – and back.
- Fleet: 6 vessels, each with a capacity of 2500 TEU
- Start Date: First sailing from Antalya on December 23, 2024
